We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a tenant electricity project in Ulm and, at the same time, to introduce our new partnership with the experienced solar energy company e.systeme21. 

We jointly planned and implemented a comprehensive tenant electricity concept in a property with 20 residential units. The high participation rate of 90% is particularly pleasing, reflecting the tenants' great interest in and confidence in a sustainable energy supply.

A key factor in the project's success was the excellent cooperation between our team and e.systeme21, from the installation of our hardware to the smooth commissioning. Both sides showed a high degree of flexibility in overcoming short-term challenges. For example, unexpectedly weak mobile phone reception in the meter area was quickly and easily remedied. 

Even after completion, joint property monitoring ensures reliable operation of the system. The open and constructive communication between the partners continued in a detailed debriefing. During this debriefing, we jointly identified potential areas for optimization in future projects. 

We look back on our collaboration with great satisfaction and look forward to many more projects with e.systeme21 for a sustainable, decentralized, and future-proof energy supply.
