Your tasks
- Identifying and approaching potential customers (cold and warm acquisition)
- Presentation of our solutions for tenant electricity models and sustainable energy supply
- Preparing individual offers and conducting contract negotiations through to conclusion
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

Your profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable course of study
- Several years of professional experience in sales - ideally in the energy sector, building technology, real estate industry or comparable areas

- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems
- Enthusiasm for innovative, sustainable solutions and a basic understanding of technology
Scrum Master & Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d)
immediately - from 30h/week - permanent - hybrid - Germany-wide, preferably in the Munich area
Your tasks - 50 % Scrum Master
- Responsibility for the Scrum process in one of our central software projects
- Moderation of daily standups, sprint planning, reviews and retros
- Supporting the team in self-organization, focus and continuous improvement
- Collaboration with product owners & stakeholders to clarify and prioritize goals
- Active participation in shaping our agile culture in the startup context
Your tasks - 50 % Inside Sales & Pre-Accounting
Inside Sales:
- Support with customer inquiries, quotation preparation and order processing
- Maintenance and further development of our customer database (CRM system Hubspot)
- Participation in lead generation, follow-up and customer communication (e-mail, telephone, virtual meetings)
Pre-accounting:
- Preparatory accounting (document management, payment reconciliation)
- Management of incoming payments, direct debits and accounts receivable processes
- Monitoring open items and dunning
- Support with monthly and year-end preparations
Your profile
- Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g. PSM I, CSM or comparable)
- Ideally initial experience in a Scrum role, e.g. in a tech or software team
- Organizational talent and a desire to be a mixture of team coach, coordinator and doer
- Experience or interest in internal sales and accounting processes
- Confident handling of digital tools (CRM, Excel, accounting software if necessary)
- Very good knowledge of German, solid knowledge of English
Intern / Working Student IT - Energy Management Systems (OpenEMS) (m/f/d)

Your tasks
Supporting the IT team on customer projects. These include, for example:
- Operation, installation, maintenance and further development of the energy management system (OpenEMS)
- Programming drivers for other IoT devices (e.g. inverters)
- Development of local and higher-level optimization algorithms
- Development and implementation of further use cases
- Determination of an optimal hardware and software setting for small to large applications (commercial)
- Monitoring and ongoing optimization of customer systems in operation
- Preparation of information on various topics
- Preparation of results and creation of presentations
- Creation of presentation templates
Your profile
- Degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, physics, energy management or a comparable course of study
- Analytical thinking
- Communicative personality with an independent, autonomous and structured way of working
- Positive attitudes towards the development of a sustainable energy supply
- Programming skills in common programming languages, especially Java
- Basic experience with interface communication and web technologies (e.g. API, JSON, REST, HTTPS, RPC)
- Basic experience with databases and database queries
- Basic experience in dealing with Linux systems
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
Intern / Working Student Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks
Supporting the management and project teams in the context of demanding internal and external customer projects. These include, for example:
- Support with the simulation of energy-efficient refurbishment projects in the building sector
- Data analysis, preparation and evaluation
- Development and presentation of use cases as part of strategy development
- Support in the operation, installation, maintenance and further development of the energy management system (OpenEMS)

Your profile
- Degree in economics, industrial engineering, (business) informatics, energy management
computer science, energy management or a comparable course of study - Analytical thinking
- Communicative personality with an independent, autonomous and structured way of working
- Positive attitudes towards the development of a sustainable energy supply
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Basic IT knowledge desirable

Software Engineer / Frontend Developer (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Frontend development: You design appealing user interfaces with Vue 3 and TypeScript.
- Component development: Creation and maintenance of reusable UI components for a consistent application experience.
- UX/UI optimization: You ensure an appealing user experience and implement design specifications in a targeted manner.
- Feature implementation: You implement new functions and optimize existing features.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with the development team to define and implement technical requirements.
- Quality assurance: You ensure software quality through regular code reviews and automated tests.
- Architecture and design: You support the design of new software solutions.
- Error analysis and troubleshooting: You identify and solve software problems.
- Nice to have: If you also have backend knowledge, you can get involved in .NET 8 & C# 11
Your profile
- Degree in computer science or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in web development
- Knowledge of the front-end framework Vue 3 and the programming language TypeScript is an advantage
- Familiarity with the development and deployment of applications in a Microsoft Azure environment
- Good knowledge in the application of agile development methods (e.g. Scrum)
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Nice to have: Experience with .NET 8 & C# 11
Language requirements
Our Scrum team works exclusively in German. Therefore, a very good knowledge of German (at least C1) is mandatory.
