We are pleased to have successfully completed another tenant electricity project: A solar power system will now supply seven commercial units in Berlin with sustainable electricity. This project represents a step toward a sustainable energy supply and demonstrates how innovation and sustainability can go hand in hand.

- 100 kWp Photovoltaic System: An existing PV system that will soon no longer be eligible for the feed-in tariff will be used to generate electricity for tenants in the future
- Commercial property with an office complex: 7 commercial units, an industrial warehouse, and EV charging infrastructure, all of which benefit from solar-generated electricity
- Low Investment: A Fast, Cost-Effective Setup for Implementing the Tenant Electricity Model

- Direct Power Supply to Tenants: The solar power generated covers a large portion of the commercial units’ energy needs directly on site.
- Excess Power Fed into the Grid: Unused electricity is fed into the public grid—contributing to the energy transition.
- Supplementary power from the grid: During periods of low solar power generation, the required supplementary power is automatically drawn from the public grid.
