With the new "frankfurt-fuse" release, weEMSis taking a big step forward: in addition to the classic full supply, weEMSnow also supports the shared building supply (GGV) - an efficient, modern alternative to the classic tenant electricity model.

How GGV works at a glance:
With shared building supply, several parties (e.g. tenants) in a building share solar power from a central PV system without the operator being responsible for the residual electricity. The residents keep their regular electricity provider for the remaining demand and only conclude a separate contract for the solar power.

The advantages of GGV:

  • No full supply obligation - operators only supply solar power, not the entire energy requirement

  • Less bureaucracy - simple billing, no EEG surcharge, flexible contract design

  • Flexibility for residents - they use solar power and keep their electricity supplier at the same time

Your benefits with weEMS4.8:

  • Flexible: full supply or GGV - you decide

  • Efficient: clear portfolio overview thanks to dashboard & KPIs

  • Intuitive: Modern visualizations for energy generation and distribution
