The weDATA modulewas developed on the basis of DIN SPEC 91475 to enable standardized data exchange in the real estate industry. As a co-developer of this specification, white energy has created a standardized data language that ensures clear, reliable communication and precise data collection.

With weDATA, you can record and evaluate energy and consumption data comprehensively and precisely - including verifiable greenhouse gas (GHG) assessments. This gives you reliable insights to implement regulatory requirements safely and categorize your properties accurately.

• Building consumption data:
  Record consumption data in accordance with the specifications of the Association of German Facility Managers (GEFMA) and use it to create a building consumption certificate - as a basis for your sustainability reports, e.g. in accordance with the CSRD.
• Regulatory reporting:
  Prepare yourself optimally for the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). weDATAdelivers standardized, verifiable data - reliable, transparent and audit-proof.
• ZIA and GEFMA KPIs:
  Receive verifiable data on energy consumption and CO₂ emissions for your ESG reports to banks and auditors. weDATAsupports, among other things, the ZIA KPI list with 9 relevant key figures and 29 real estate-related data points(zia-deutschland.de/kpi-liste).
• Interoperable, automated data exchange:
  All data points can be exported via automated interfaces - e.g. for ERP systems, ESG scoring or metering point operation.
• Connection to Coalition-X (Trust Framework):
  In cooperation with industry experts, a market-neutral trust framework for verifiable and sovereign ESG data transport is being developed. As an accredited founding member, white energy provides the connector with weDATA- for secure, standardized data exchange between all market participants.
