We are delighted to have successfully completed another tenant electricity project: A photovoltaic system will supply seven commercial units in Berlin with sustainable electricity in future. This project represents a step towards a sustainable energy supply and shows how innovation and sustainability can go hand in hand.

- 100 kWp photovoltaic system: existing PV system, which will soon be phased out of the feed-in tariff subsidy, will be used for tenant electricity in future
- Commercial property with office complex: 7 commercial units, an industrial hall and charging station infrastructure, all benefiting from PV electricity
- Low investment: A quick, cost-efficient setup for implementing the tenant electricity model
- Immediate profitability: property owners benefit immediately from an increase in returns
- Advantages for tenants: Cheaper electricity and a reduction in the ecological footprint.
🔋 How does it work?
- Direct supply to tenants: The solar power generated covers a large part of the energy requirements of the commercial units directly on site.
- Surplus into the grid: Unused electricity is fed into the public grid - a contribution to the energy transition.
- Residual power from the grid: At times of low solar power generation, the required residual power is automatically drawn from the public grid.
